By enrolling in the Career Clarity Sprint, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

This Confidentiality Agreement ("Agreement") contains the terms under which Yeh IDeology provides services and access to program materials. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept all terms stated herein.

You may be exposed to confidential or proprietary information of Yeh IDeology and/or Yeh IDeology clients (collectively, “Discloser”). As a condition of your access to Yeh IDeology services, you agree to the following:

Confidential Information:
“Confidential Information” includes, but is not limited to, any technical or non-technical information such as proprietary methods, strategies, materials, and processes, as well as personal or business information shared by Yeh IDeology or other participants. Confidential Information does not include information that is public through no fault of yours, lawfully obtained from another source, known prior to disclosure, or disclosed without restriction by Yeh IDeology.

Nondisclosure and Nonuse Obligations:
You agree not to use, disclose, or disseminate any Confidential Information to any third party and to exercise reasonable care in protecting this information. Any unauthorized use must be reported to Yeh IDeology immediately.

No Removal or Improper Disclosure:
You may not remove or copy any Yeh IDeology materials or documents without prior permission, nor disclose any third-party information that violates another party’s rights.

Ownership:
All Confidential Information and derivatives remain the property of the original Discloser. No rights or licenses are granted.

Term:
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for five (5) years from the date of disclosure.

Governing Law & Waiver:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any waiver of rights must be explicit and in writing.

Injunctive Relief:
You acknowledge that any breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm and entitles the Discloser to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

PAYMENT TERMS & NO REFUND POLICY

By enrolling in the program, you agree to the following additional terms:

• If you select a payment plan, a processing fee and additional charges will be added to each installment. Charges will be automatically debited from your provided credit or debit card.

• You authorize Yeh IDeology to charge your specified payment method for the full program fee.

• You are responsible for the entire program cost, regardless of attendance or completion.

• No refunds will be issued. If the program is canceled by the Coach, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on services already delivered.

• In the rare case of documented unexpected circumstances, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the program. Refunds are only considered through a scheduled cancellation call with Angela Yeh, and, if approved, are subject to a 5% transaction fee.

• You understand and accept that your results depend on your participation. Yeh IDeology does not guarantee specific outcomes.

By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.
