You realize your having to make these decision constantly not just at the point of seeking a promotion or new job. This is a method to evaluate your career, determine if it’s time for a change, the method of how to choose, engage with opportunity and then qualify what that next opportunity might be.

This is a 8 week exclusive group program with me, and we work on the following:

1. Self-awareness Understanding where you are in your career and where you stand in the industry, what is your unique style and expertise, what your expertise can achieve for you as well as the potential limitations of it. I read careers like some people read palms. When I meet with a client I can see their career trajectory in my mind - how it's evolved, what the pattern has been, what stage they're in and where they can take it next.
2. Identifying pivots
   This is where I'll help you identify potential career pivots that you may not have even considered. I'll pull ideas from my vast knowledge of all the archetypes of design experts that exist (from my 20+ years as a recruiter, 15+ years as a career coach, and my experiences as a design professional along this journey walking this confusing walk with endless choices to make).
3. Qualifying pivots
   I'll give you a method for moving through qualifying and evaluating the potential pivots that you've identified. It involves reading beneath the surface of all the branding/marketing and famous names/titles of companies and types of expertise - and connect to those individuals and communities to see if you'll truly resonate with them.
